The following activities are strictly prohibited on XenonHost.ro infrastructure:

2.1. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) in bulk or individually.
• Operating email lists without the explicit consent of recipients.
• Sending messages that forge sender information or email headers.
• Using our servers as an open email relay.
• Sending unsolicited SMS messages or messages on social media platforms.

2.2. Illegal Content

• Hosting, distributing, or promoting content that violates Romanian or European legislation.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights (pirated software, unlicensed movies, music, books).
• Content that exploits, harms, or threatens minors in any way.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, racial, ethnic, or religious hatred.
• Phishing sites or pages designed to fraudulently obtain personal data.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any harmful software.
• Operation of pyramid schemes, fraud, or scams of any kind.

2.3. Resource Abuse

• Excessive use of CPU, RAM, or I/O resources that affects the performance of other users on shared servers.
• Running continuous background processes without prior approval on shared hosting.
• Using storage space for archiving files unrelated to the website (external backups, media archives).
• Operating video or audio streaming services that consume excessive bandwidth.
• Running cryptocurrency mining software.
• Using servers to operate publicly accessible proxies or VPNs without approval.

2.4. Hacking and Security Activities

• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data that do not belong to you.
• Port scanning or vulnerability scanning of other people's networks or systems.
• Launching or facilitating DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) or DoS attacks.
• Intercepting or monitoring data without authorization.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities of our servers or services or those of third parties.
• IP address forgery or manipulation (IP spoofing).
• Operating botnets or attack tools from our servers.

2.5. Other Prohibited Activities

• Reselling services without written authorization from XenonHost.ro.
• Using services in a manner that could harm XenonHost.ro's reputation.
• Providing false information during account registration.
• Violating the license terms of software installed on our servers.

XenonHost.ro reserves the right to take appropriate measures in case of violation of this policy. Measures may include, but are not limited to:

3.1. Warning

For minor violations or first offenses, we may issue a written warning via email, with a request for remediation within a specified timeframe (typically 24-48 hours).

3.2. Service Suspension

• Temporary suspension of the account or affected service until the issue is resolved.
• Immediate suspension, without prior notice, in case of severe violations affecting infrastructure security or stability.

3.3. Account Termination

• Permanent termination of the account and all associated services.
• Deletion of all data associated with the account.
• No refunds are granted for services terminated due to AUP violations.

3.4. Reporting to Authorities

In case of illegal activities, we reserve the right to report the incident to the competent authorities and to fully cooperate with investigative bodies.

3.5. Evaluation Criteria

Measures applied will be proportional to the severity of the violation and will take into account:

• Nature and severity of the violation
• Client history (first offense vs. repeated violations)
• Impact on other users or infrastructure
• Intentionality of actions
• Client cooperation in resolving the issue

• If you discover that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
• You are responsible for hosted content, including content generated by users of your website.
